While we strive to keep card data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information (fees, reward rates, benefits, eligibility criteria) is current at the time of your visit. Card terms are set by issuers and may change without notice.

balanceLimitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CreditBrain and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed ₹1,000.
copyrightIntellectual Property
The CreditBrain name, logo, website design, recommendation engine, and all original content (including blog articles, comparison tools, and UI) are the exclusive property of CreditBrain and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our Service contains links to bank and issuer websites ("Apply Now" buttons). These sites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy practices, or terms. We encourage you to review their policies before applying for any card.

You may delete your account at any time via your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
